As the Founder and CEO of LadyLux™ Cleaning Company, Celeste has built a technology-forward service business by combining operational excellence with modern systems, artificial intelligence, and strategic leadership. Her passion for continuous improvement extends beyond her own company and into the broader business community. Celeste serves as President of Boulder Business Development (BBD), where she is committed to strengthening connections between local business owners, encouraging collaboration over competition, and creating opportunities for members to learn, grow, and support one another. Under her leadership, BBD is focused on expanding its community presence, enhancing member value, and embracing innovative tools that help businesses adapt to an ever-changing marketplace. A frequent speaker on leadership, technology, and the practical use of artificial intelligence in business, Celeste enjoys helping entrepreneurs discover ways to work smarter, build stronger systems, and create sustainable growth without losing the human element that makes business meaningful. She believes that thriving communities are built by businesses that invest in one another, lead with integrity, and never stop learning.
